In this full-time position, you’ll assume responsibilities for supporting both the Occupational and Physiotherapy teams while maintaining a safe setting for residents. Your role will include preparing therapy equipment and closely surveying resident progress to foster independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement programming under OT/PT direction
• Report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
• Prepare therapy equipment for daily sessions




• Collaborate with equipment providers for safety
• Teach residents skills for independent living
Requirements:
• Diploma in Therapy assistance or equivalent required
• Experience working with geriatrics and rehabilitation preferred
• Knowledge of both well and cognitively impaired patients
• Strong communication skills with a team-focused mindset
