The Controller will be an integral part of the finance team, taking ownership of all operational and compliance aspects of accounting at Electric Mind in both our US and Canadian offices. As the Controller you will help to build the department and create the systems and processes the company needs to succeed.What You'll BringCPA designation7+ years of finance and accounting experience with at least one of which outside a professional services firmUS financial compliance and reporting experience is requiredDrive to optimize processes through AI and automationExperience leading an audit and overseeing compliance reporting (tax, payroll)Ability to manage financial reporting including preparation of internal and external financial reportsIntrinsically motivated,
