With a blend of business development and relationship management, you will support retirement plan clients by providing valuable insights and strategic guidance. Your success will rely on your solid consulting skills, understanding of plan design, and proactive communication efforts. Engage with stakeholders to enhance member outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify business leads and forge new client relationships • Serve as the primary contact for client plans • Lead reviews to analyze plan effectiveness • Advise on plan governance and member engagement strategies • Collaborate on solutions for service challenges
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred • Five years in group retirement or related sectors • Must obtain LLQP within one year • Strong analytical and communication abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
