You will be responsible for building and managing a small software development team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short- and long-term technology strategies to support the company’s growth
• Lead software development efforts, including hiring and managing the team
• Develop and implement the systems and data security strategy
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment between the business strategy and the technology strategy
• Stay abreast of emerging technology trends
• Liaise with technology partners and vendors

Profile:

• DEC/BAC in IT, software engineeringor equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in IT, ideally in software development
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of the latest technologies, security, and web standards
• Experience in designing, managing, and deploying SaaS applications
• Experience building and managing software development/R&D teams
• Experience in the Fintech industry (a plus)
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented
• Team player, natural leader capable of guiding and developing team members

Vous serez en charge de bâtir et gérer une petite équipe de développement logiciel.

Responsabilités:

• Développer et exécuter la stratégie technologique à court terme et à long terme pour soutenir la croissance de lentreprise
• Diriger les efforts de développement logiciel, y compris embaucher et gérer léquipe
• Développer et exécuter la stratégie de sécurité des systèmes et des données
• Collaborer avec léquipe de direction pour maintenir un lien cohérent entre la stratégie dentreprise et la stratégie technologique
• Restez au courant des tendances technologiques émergentes
• Traiter avec des partenaires et fournisseurs de technologie

Profil:

• DEC/BAC en TI, génie logiciel ou léquivalent
• 10+ années dexpérience en informatique, idéalement en développement de logiciels
• 3+ années dexpérience dans un rôle similaire
• Solides connaissances des dernières technologies, de la sécurité et des standards Web
• Expérience dans la conception, la gestion et le déploiement dapplications SaaS
• Expérience à bâtir et gérer des équipes de développement logiciel / R&D
• Expérience dans lindustrie Fintech (atout)
• Réflexion stratégique avec de grandes aptitudes à résoudre des problèmes
• Leadership, esprit entrepreneurial, orienté résultats
