Responsibilities Manage diverse civil and commercial litigation files and provide support to partners on complex cases. Meet clients to receive and analyze documentation, set objectives, and develop case strategy. Advise clients legally throughout the litigation process. Represent clients in negotiations, court proceedings, settlement conferences, and other related forums. Conduct witness interrogations and assist clients when they are questioned. Prepare for trial and draft legal documents of all types. Required Qualifications Law degree and in good standing with the Quebec Bar. 4 to 7 years of litigation experience.
