PTAG is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support high-voltage Transmission & Substation (T&S) capital projects. This role requires a highly effective leader with deep utility experience who can manage complex projects while driving alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, and delivering executive-level reporting. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in HV transmission and substation projects, with a strong ability to lead in regulated utility environments and interface directly with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryLead end-to-end delivery of HV transmission (115kV+) and substation projects from initiation through close-outDefine and manage scope, WBS, cost baselines, and integrated schedulesDrive execution across engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teamsManage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentStakeholder & Communication ManagementAct as primary interface across project stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodiesLead project reporting, executive presentations, and status updatesCoordinate across internal teams, field teams, and external partnersProactively manage risks, issues, and escalationsCommunication & Reporting ExcellenceDevelop and deliver high-quality executive presentations and dashboardsEnsure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in project reporting (cost, schedule, risk)Translate technical project data into clear, decision-ready insightsProject Controls & Performance ManagementMonitor and control performance using EVM metrics (SPI, CPI)Partner closely with Project Controls to ensure cost and schedule alignmentDrive forecasting, variance analysis,
