Main responsibilities include:Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reportingPrepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and business plans to support strategic decision-makingManage cash-flow, banking relationships, financing, working capital, and treasury operationsOversee project accounting, including WIP reporting, revenue recognition, job costing, profitability analysis, and financial performanceDirect core accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax compliance, HST, WISB, insurance, and external audit coordinationDevelop and strengthen financial policies, internal controls, accounting processes, and regulatory compliance to support business growthDrive finance systems improvement, automation, AI initiatives, and reporting enhancements to improve efficiency and decision-makingProvide leadership to the accounting team, while partnering with senior leadership on strategic planning, operational improvements,
