St.Amant is searching for a part-time Behaviour Analyst to join their mission supporting Jordan’s Principle. This role involves travel to indigenous communities across Manitoba to provide services tailored to each child's and family’s needs. A commitment to ethical work and continuous learning is essential to ensure success in this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify individual treatment needs
• Develop and implement tailored treatment programs




• Train caregivers to effectively support individuals
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes regularly
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with ABA coursework
• Minimum 2 years of experience with disabilities
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license required
• Flexible hours to accommodate travel schedules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
