Maintenance Associate

Location: Caledon, ON

Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Start Date: Immediate

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Associate to support general maintenance, installations, and facility setup in a warehouse and office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Install and assemble shelving, storage racks, office furniture, and fixtures.
- Operating the scissor lift
- Hang signage on walls, doors, racking, ceilings, and warehouse floor areas.
- Mount TV screens, monitors, whiteboards, and other wall-mounted equipment.
- Assist with warehouse and office setup, workstation moves, and reconfigurations.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and building structures.
- Complete minor repairs, adjustments, and hardware replacements.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scissor lifts.




- Conduct routine inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in handyman, facilities maintenance, or warehouse maintenance is preferred.
- Experience using hand and power tools is required.
- Experience installing shelving, signage, and mounted equipment is an asset.
- Previous experience operating a scissor lift is a must
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights when required.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
