Spectrum is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join a specialized team in palliative care. In this significant role, you’ll work closely with a cooperative team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care, supporting patients throughout their journey.

Your nursing expertise will facilitate symptom management and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the team
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care strategies
Advocate for patients while managing their symptoms




Participate in clinical huddles and case conferences as needed
Travel to various patient locations within the region

Requirements:
Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
At least two years of nursing experience, with palliative care preferred
Experience with palliative care patients is essential
Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
