We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing information about our local attractions and history while providing an engaging experience for our guests. As a Tour Guide, you will play a crucial role in educating visitors and ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Duties
Lead groups of visitors on tours, providing insightful commentary and engaging storytelling.
Educate guests about the historical, cultural, and natural significance of the sites visited.
Communicate effectively with diverse groups, adapting your presentation style to suit various audiences.
Manage time efficiently to ensure tours run on schedule while allowing for questions and interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from guests.
Maintain knowledge of current events and updates related to the tour locations to provide accurate information.




Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest participation and enjoyment.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Cantonese
Robust public speaking skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse groups of visitors.
Excellent time management skills to ensure tours are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
Previous experience in leadership roles or customer service is preferred.
A passion for educating others and sharing knowledge about local attractions.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and non-verbally.
A friendly demeanor with a robust commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
