Compensation & Perks

Base salary: CA$60,000 to CA$80,000 per year could be made; commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential; weekly performance bonuses; monthly residual income; unionized workplace; growth conferences; dental, life, medical, vision, retirement benefits.

Responsibilities
Speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in coverage.
Meet with clients to understand their financial protection goals and recommend suitable products.
Communicate complex product information in a clear, straightforward and skilled way.
Stay up to date with industry trends and product updates to provide informed recommendations.
Nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service.

Qualifications
A knack for building genuine connections with people.




Solid communication and active listening skills.
Drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
Willingness to learn about insurance products and industry regulations.
Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
Organization in managing leads and client records.
