Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on operator to manage the movement and upkeep of our scooter fleet across the city. This is a field role focused on repositioning scooters, swapping batteries, and handling basic repairs to keep the fleet running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Pick up and redistribute scooters across designated zones in the city
Perform battery swaps in office and ensure scooters are charged and ready for use
Monitor fleet locations using a mobile app and follow dispatch instructions
Inspect scooters for damage, safety issues, or low performance
Perform basic maintenance (e.g., brake adjustments, tire changes, minor part replacements)
Load and unload scooters safely from a truck or van
Report issues, damages, or missing units in real time
Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment and vehicle

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license
Comfortable driving a truck or similar vehicle in city conditions
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly
Must own and confidently use a smartphone for apps, navigation, and communication
Basic mechanical skills (experience with bikes, scooters, or small equipment is a strong asset)
Strong time management and ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Pay: $16.17-$24.16 per hour
