We are seeking a Plant Controller / Accounting Manager to join a growing manufacturing team in Burlington.

This role is ideal for an experienced Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accountant who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position. The successful candidate will oversee plant financial operations, support business decisions, and lead accounting functions within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Manage month-end/year-end financial reporting and close processes
Oversee accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, costing, inventory, and fixed assets
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
Analyze financial performance, costs, and operational KPIs
Support audits, compliance,



and internal controls
Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights
Mentor and develop accounting team members

Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of manufacturing accounting experience
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA (CMA/CGA)
Solid Excel and financial analysis skills
Experience with cost accounting, inventory, and financial reporting
