ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW

Mississauga Hyundai, Ontario’s highest-volume Hyundai dealership, is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Service Advisor to join our expanding service operations team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Service Advisor will function as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, utilizing extensive industry experience to ensure the delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide prompt, qualified, and courteous reception to all service customers upon arrival
Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers regarding vehicle repair and maintenance requirements
Accurately document and communicate service concerns to Service Technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair
Obtain and verify complete customer contact information and vehicle details
Communicate service work performed in clear, comprehensive terms, including technical explanations as required
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous, timely,



and qualified manner
Promote service department revenue through consultative sales approaches and strategic customer relationship management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience
Demonstrated experience as an automotive Service Advisor in an OEM/ Dealership is mandatory
Candidates must possess a verifiable track record of success in automotive service advising

Superior organizational and multitasking capabilities, with demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced dealership operations

Valid Ontario driver’s license in good standing
