Rosso Pasta Bar is bringing authentic fresh pasta, made daily, to The Well in downtown Toronto.

We're looking for passionate cooks who take pride in quality, consistency, speed, and teamwork. You'll work in a modern open kitchen using fresh ingredients to prepare made-to-order pasta dishes while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
Cook fresh pasta to perfection using commercial pasta cookers
Prepare and finish sauces according to Rosso recipes
Cook proteins and vegetables to company standards
Assemble dishes quickly while maintaining presentation and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with opening, closing, prep, and cleaning duties




Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure fast ticket times
Contribute to a positive and respectful team workplace

Qualifications
Previous line cook or pasta cook experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Food Handler Certification is an asset
