Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming workplace for all visitors. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills and contribute to a positive guest experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and replenishing supplies
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety and hygiene standards
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed
Follow established procedures for waste disposal and chemical handling




Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests courteously and professionally

Requirements
Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Reliable work ethic with punctuality and professionalism
Ability to follow safety protocols related to chemical use and equipment handling
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed within the hotel’s operational hours
Must available to work on weekends.

Pay: $17.60-$19.15 per hour
