Duties
Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations for buyers, emphasizing key features, technology, safety systems, and performance capabilities
Engage with customers in a lively and qualified manner, answering questions clearly and confidently to enhance their experience
Support outside sales efforts by building relationships with potential clients and dealerships through personalized presentations
Assist in managing the sales process by tracking customer interactions, follow-ups, and leads to ensure consistent engagement
Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for upselling high-end vehicles and expanding dealership sales opportunities




Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored vehicle demonstrations, and dealership tours

Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and presentation abilities, to engage customers confidently
Ability to manage sales processes efficiently using organizational skills and CRM tools
Knowledge of marketing principles to promote vehicle features and dealership promotions effectively
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to support upselling opportunities without pressure
Strong organizational skills to coordinate appointments, demonstrations, and follow-ups seamlessly
