Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain pipeline construction standards
Provide technical guidance on installation and inspection practices

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in pipeline construction
Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
Expert knowledge of NDT, welding procedures, and inspection
Familiarity with CSA Z662 standards and US regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
