We are seeking a skilled Vinyl Technician and Sign Installer to join our energetic team. This role involves creating high-quality vinyl graphics and installing signs across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position offers an exciting chance to contribute to visually impactful projects while honing your craftsmanship in signage and graphic installation.

Responsibilities
Cut, weed, and apply vinyl graphics using skilled tools and equipment
Prepare surfaces for sign installation, ensuring proper adhesion and finish
Install signs on walls, windows, vehicles, and other surfaces following safety standards and client specifications
Measure spaces accurately to ensure precise placement of signage
Operate cutting plotters, laminators, and other relevant machinery with attention to detail
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards




Troubleshoot issues with vinyl or signage materials during production or installation

Skills
Experience with vinyl cutting, weeding, application, and sign installation preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
Solid attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes
Ability to read measurements accurately and follow detailed instructions
Basic understanding of tools such as squeegees, levelers, drills, and measuring tapes
Valuable physical stamina for lifting materials and working at various heights or positions
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license is a plus for traveling between job sites
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
