We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring productive warehouse processes.
Duties
Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and training as needed
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and order pickers
Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment
Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure working setting
Qualifications
Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and other heavy equipment
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
Knowledge of mechanical operations within a warehouse setting
Ability to fabricate or repair equipment is a plus
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with inventory control procedures
Previous experience in a warehouse management role is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,233.57-$60,000.00 per year
