Duties
Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling to meet each client’s unique preferences
Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles and products
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure a safe setting
Assist with retail sales by recommending hair care products that enhance the client’s look and meet their needs
Engage actively with clients at the front desk, managing appointments, answering questions, and creating a friendly atmosphere




Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures consistently to uphold health standards

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their desires
Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and special treatments
Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy
Experience in retail sales within a beauty or salon setting is preferred
Reliable front desk skills for managing appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations
