Jetco Mechanical Limited is expanding, and we’re looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our HVAC team.

This position is based in Edmonton, Alberta. Applicants must currently reside in the Edmonton area or be willing to relocate prior to their start date. Relocation assistance is not provided.

We are currently hiring across multiple roles, including:
Project Managers
Estimators
Project/Service Coordinators
Supervisors
Journeyman HVAC Technicians
Apprentices (all levels)
Entry-level / starters

Wage: Competitive and based on position and experience.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:
Managing mechanical construction projects, budgets, and schedules
Estimating and preparing tenders from drawings and specifications
Coordinating projects, service work, and field operations
Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Installing furnaces, air conditioners, rooftop units, and ventilation systems
Ductwork installation, layout, and modifications
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical systems
Start-up, commissioning, and performance testing of equipment
Working safely at heights, in mechanical rooms, and active construction environments
Maintaining tools, equipment,



and a clean/organized worksite
Communicating with team members, clients, and suppliers
Supporting job documentation, procurement, and project close-outs

What We’re Looking For
Experience in HVAC/mechanical construction (varies by role)
Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and professionalism
Valid Driver’s License (field roles)
Leadership experience is an asset
