Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Picker Truck Operator to join our agile logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized picker trucks to efficiently move, load, and unload materials within our facility. Your expertise in equipment operation, mechanical understanding, and effective communication will ensure smooth warehouse operations and contribute to a safe, productive environment. This position offers an exciting prospect for individuals with construction experience, forklift certification, and multilingual skills to thrive in a quick-paced setting.

Duties
Operate picker trucks, boom trucks, forklifts, and crane equipment safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the warehouse or construction site
Perform rigging and load securing procedures to ensure safe transportation of goods
Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and basic maintenance of equipment to maintain optimal functionality
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding operational status, safety concerns, or logistical updates
Support customer service efforts by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to internal or external clients
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)



and adherence to site-specific procedures
Assist with setup and rigging for construction or industrial projects as needed

Experience
Prior construction experience or background working in industrial or warehouse environments preferred
Experience operating boom trucks, cranes, or rigging equipment highly desirable
Multilingual abilities (bilingual skills) are a strong asset for effective communication across diverse teams
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is beneficial
Solid communication skills essential for coordinating tasks and ensuring safety compliance
Customer service orientation to support internal teams and external clients effectively
Safety Certificates are an asset - First Aid, H2S, CSO, Ground Disturbance
