Job Description
Full‑time, non‑management role. The Regional Availability Expert leads the execution of store and territory level availability strategy to achieve headquarters sales goals and improve in‑stock, open sales, and display compliance at Walmart stores.
Responsibilities
- Understand the P&G; Grooming and Oral Care businesses, objectives, category, marketplace and competitors.
- Develop effective working relationships with the Regional Availability Manager, identify issues/opportunities and execute solutions that improve POS, in‑stock, open sales and display compliance at target stores.
- Take ownership and responsibility for all stores within the allocated territory and prioritize based on greatest opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Department, Store, and Zone management, aligning on new display and checkout distribution and improving in‑stock fundamentals.
- Leverage in‑store acceleration tool kit with key decision makers, engaging and training all appropriate store, market, and regional contacts.
- Capture and pass on feedback from discussions with store and regional managers.
- Post daily/weekly in‑store execution via Microsoft Teams/Engage for the RAE team.
- Plan all specified store visits efficiently and economically to achieve required outcomes.
- Attend annual team meeting.

Additional Considerations
- Non‑management position.
- Relocation is not offered.
- P&G; has policies in place to support required business travel.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (College Diploma or higher education is an asset).
- Located in or willing to self‑relocate to the territory; relocation support is not available.
- 5+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Valid driver’s license and suitable vehicle for business travel.
- Moderate working knowledge of tools and service needs; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various physical conditions.
- Must be able to spend approximately 30% of the day traveling to accounts.
