This role offers the prospect to influence executive stakeholders, mentor high-performing teams and help clients responsibly adopt agentic AI to drive measurable business outcomes.This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.Your key responsibilitiesLead the architecture and delivery of agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks and AI-enabled decision enginesTranslate business problems into scalable AI architectures aligned with security, privacy and regulatory requirementsDefine AI governance, risk management and responsible AI controls for autonomous and semi-autonomous systemsAdvise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, operating models and technology roadmapsLead, coach and develop diverse, cross-functional teams of architects, engineers and data scientistsContribute to EY thought leadership, assets and go-to-market offerings in agentic and generative AISkills and attributes for successDeep experience designing and deploying AI/ML and agentic systems in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, MLOps, LLMs and orchestration frameworksExperience with AI governance, model risk management and regulatory considerationsProven leadership, stakeholder management and communication skillsTo qualify for the role, you must haveA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field8–12+ years of relevant experience,
