Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Night Auditor/Receptionist to join our hospitality team. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for hospitality. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse guest demographic. Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, billing, and reservations using hotel management software
Handle late-night administrative tasks such as reporting, balancing accounts, and preparing daily reports
Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift




Respond to guest requests or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively
Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff

Skills
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multiple lines efficiently
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Previous experience in front desk or hotel operations is preferred
Ability to work overnight shifts reliably in a fast-paced environment
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities
