Job Summary

6ixty Wings is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and working efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.




Assist with opening and closing duties.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
