As an Electrical Design Team Lead, you will report to the Electrical Engineering Manager while managing the Electrical Hardware Design functions. Your leadership will guide project designs, maintain high standards of quality and reliability, and mentor team members in practical design practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project designs and coordinate team efforts
Review and approve all electrical hardware designs

Requirements:
7+ years in custom automation industry
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proficiency in EPLAN and AutoCAD
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
