What You'll Do
Operate blowers, rollers, and sealer sprayers
Crack-fill and seal residential driveways
Follow a explicit, step-by-step system to deliver high-quality finishes
Collaborate with a small team to complete jobs on time
Represent the company with professionalism on-site
We’re Looking For People Who:
Have hands-on experience in outdoor labour (required)
Can work outdoors in various weather conditions
Are punctual, organized, and quick to adapt to in office changes
Understand the value of high standards and team accountability
Are comfortable lifting, bending, and moving equipment throughout the day
Have a valid driver's license and their own vehicle
Pay & Perks
Starting at $20 per hour
Seasonal,
full-time hours from May through October
