Little experience in Mexican bake goods and pastry.

Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, following established recipes and quality standards
Decorate cakes and desserts with precision and creativity to meet customer specifications and presentation standards
Handle food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling baked items efficiently
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene at all times
Package baked goods carefully for display or take-out orders, maintaining product freshness and appearance
Assist customers with selections, answer questions about products,



and provide excellent customer service in a lively manner
Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area, including equipment cleaning, sanitation practices, and organization of supplies

Skills
Proven experience in baking, cake decorating, or food preparation within a restaurant or food industry setting
Robust knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
Skilled in cooking techniques related to baking and pastry arts
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience including food packaging, ingredient measurement, and equipment operation
Knowledge of the food industry standards for hygiene and safety protocols
