Role

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Strategist with experience working with enterprise-level accounts to bring clarity to complex marketing challenges, shape high-impact brand strategies, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering creative that drives measurable business results.

What you will own
Client clarity: vague asks become briefs, plans, decisions
Brand correctness: messaging and guardrails hold
Pitch quality: robust concepts, tight narrative, decks that land
Delivery cohesion: right staffing, clean sequencing, clean handoffs

What you will do
Lead discovery: force clarity, priorities, testable asks
Set creative & executional guardrails for the delivery & creative teams
Build the plan: themes, angles, frameworks, direction, testing loops
Present and sell ideas, run rooms, handle pushback
Orchestrate teams: project managers, performance copywriters, influencer/UGC managers, editors, designers
Translate feedback:



subjective notes to actionable edits without derailing strategy
Partner with Account Managers to keep client relationships healthy
Apply performance media literacy: platform realities, targeting logic, measurement, etc.

You have taste plus rigor: you can judge creative quickly and defend it with clients
You are brand-literate: positioning systems, messaging hierarchies, guardrails, consistency
You are strong in influencer and paid social
You understand performance media enough to make better creative calls: targeting, measurement, creative fatigue, iteration loops
You can package work: decks, narratives, concept articulation
You can orchestrate multiple teams
You’re an excellent copywriter
