Junior Back-Counter Parts Advisor

Vernon Volkswagen is looking for a motivated Junior Back-Counter Parts Advisor to join our team.

This is a great entry-level prospect for someone who wants to start a career in the automotive industry and learn how a dealership Parts Department operates. Previous parts or dealership experience is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities
Receive, organize, and put away parts stock
Answer phones and assist with parts inquiries
Learn the Volkswagen ETKA parts catalogue
Look up parts for customer and dealership vehicles
Assist technicians and Service Advisors
Prepare and deliver parts as needed
Shuttle customers or vehicles when required




Help maintain a clean and organized Parts Department

Qualifications
Interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
Willingness to learn
Solid attention to detail
Good communication and customer-service skills
Basic computer skills
Valid BC driver’s licence and clean driving record
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
