Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Follow individualized care plans and client-specific instructions
Complete accurate documentation and maintain client records
Respond to office requests for additional coverage as required
Deliver care in compliance with all regulations, legislation,
and company policies
Qualifications
Health Care Aide Certificate
Current and valid Registration with the CLHA
Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Willingness to work every second weekend
Ability to work in various locations across the city
Strong time-management skills and reliability
