Salary: $160-180K (possible stretch to 200k) USD Base

Project Details
Building out enterprise AI initiatives for large BFSI clients focused on GenAI adoption, scalable AI platforms, and enterprise-grade cloud architecture.
This is a hands-on architecture role where the person will work directly with clients, internal engineering teams, and offshore developers to design and deliver production AI solutions on Azure.
Must-Haves
10–15 years of software engineering / architecture experience
Robust hands-on Azure architecture experience (mandatory)
Experience building enterprise GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, vector DBs,
AI orchestration)
Robust understanding of scalable cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, and production deployments
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Azure OpenAI, AKS, App Services, API Management
Experience with React/Next.js and modern backend systems
Solid DevOps understanding (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform)
Experience working with offshore/global engineering teams
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
