MODE Built, a rapidly expanding local home renovation company, is looking for a full-time assistant site superintendent.
We are searching for an energetic, dependable employee with attention to detail, initiative, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Assistant Site Superintendent
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our in office (field) team needs assistance with:
Communication with trades, suppliers, office team and home-owners
Residential construction site prep, maintenance and clean-up
Deficiency repairs, such as framing, minor taping repairs and paint touch-ups
Door adjustment, window installation, lock installation and miscellaneous hardware installation
Demolition
Unloading and moving construction materials, tools and equipment
General construction help, indoors and outdoors
REQUIREMENTS
Must have construction experience (minimum 2 years)
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Knowledge of building codes and safety codes
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
You must be bondable (no criminal record)
Criminal records check
Fluent in English
Have a cell phone
Have your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
