Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate curiosity and support early childhood education principles
Foster a secure, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages social-emotional development
Engage children in activities that promote cognitive, motor, language, and social skills
Provide attentive caregiving to meet individual needs, including feeding, diapering, and comforting children as necessary
Collaborate with families to share progress, address concerns, and support ongoing developmental goals
Maintain clean,

Support children with diverse needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care for individuals with disabilities

Experience
Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Classroom experience with early childhood education programs or similar environments
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in caregiving and teaching
Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members in a qualified manner
Demonstrated commitment to creating a positive learning environment that fosters growth and development
