About the Role
Landscape Gardeners maintain and care for the living elements of our landscapes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, understands seasonal care, and takes pride in keeping gardens healthy and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance
Caring for perennials, shrubs, and ornamental plantings
Maintaining tidy, well-kept garden spaces
Assisting with planting installations and seasonal work
Representing NuScape professionally on client properties
Required Experience & Qualifications
1–3 years gardening or horticulture experience preferred
Solid interest in plants and outdoor work
Physically capable of hands-on work
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Assets / Preferred Experience
Horticulture education or strong plant knowledge
Experience maintaining cottage or estate gardens
Familiarity with seasonal maintenance programs

Gardens remain healthy and well cared for throughout the season
Properties feel consistently maintained
Clients feel confident their landscapes are in good hands
