Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Driver to join our construction team, Experience on Ready-mix preferred, but not necessary. This role involves safely operating commercial vehicles to deliver concrete and related materials to various job sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with heavy equipment operation, and a solid understanding of construction site procedures. Duties
Safely operate ready mix trucks and other heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and paving machinery.
Deliver concrete and other construction materials to designated sites in a timely manner.
Perform routine inspections of trucks and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
Assist with loading and unloading materials using loaders or other machinery as needed.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each load delivered.
Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations during transportation and on-site operations.
Support construction activities such as concrete forming, finishing, or paving when required.




Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to coordinate deliveries and site activities.

Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Class 3 with Air
Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
Experience in construction settings, including paving, concrete forming, or finishing is preferred.
Ability to operate loaders, excavators, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently is preferred.
Prior experience with concrete delivery or ready mix operations is highly desirable.
Robust understanding of safety procedures on construction sites and during transportation.
Physical ability to lift heavy loads, perform manual tasks, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills and a reliable work ethic. This position is integral to the successful completion of construction projects by ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining safety standards across all operations.

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
