The RESPONSIBILITIES as an Operations and Sales Development Supervisor:
Supervise a team of delivery drivers and independent distributors;
Manage daily operations and ensure the quality of service and delivery;
Onboard and train current employees, manage vacation replacements and departures, and fill in on routes when required;




Raise employee awareness of compliance with current laws on Quebec roads;
Ensure the application of transportation and occupational health and safety policies;
Ensure the application of occupational health and safety policies;
Conduct performance evaluations for all employees;
Plan workforce needs and develop strategies with the Human Resources department;
Provide ongoing support to the internal team through regular meetings and support each team member’s individual development;
Prepare performance reports, audit reports, and any other requested reports;
Optimize work methods on a daily basis;
Maintain constant communication with clients;
Ensure that the team always strives to exceed expectations and meet the objectives set by the company;
Perform any other related duties.
