General Labour / Material Handler – Afternoon Shift

Location: North York, ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Innovopak Inc. is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labour / Material Handler to join our manufacturing team.

This position is responsible for supporting production by keeping work areas clean, organized, and fully supplied to ensure efficient operations.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Responsibilities
Keep production areas, workstations, and machines clean and organized.
Ensure production lines are supplied with the materials needed to maintain continuous operation.
Move raw materials, finished goods, and pallets throughout the facility.
Wrap, label, and stage finished products for shipping.
Remove scrap and waste materials from production areas.
Assist machine operators and other departments as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Qualifications




Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation & Advantages
Starting wage: Ontario minimum wage.
After successfully completing the 6-month probation period and becoming a member of the Union, employees will receive:
$1.00/hour wage increase
Afternoon shift premium
Company-paid benefits
Union representation and benefits as outlined in the Collective Agreement.
