Revelstoke Property Services is looking for an organized maintenance person, interested in working within a fast-growing property management company.
The ideal candidate would like to work in a quick paced work environment in the heart of the Powder Highway. Do you have good carpentry skills and a construction background? It is essential that the applicant possesses knowledge of the basic workings of general household systems i.e. plumbing, electrical, house construction etc.
As maintenance / carpenter personnel your primary responsibilities are:
Perform general maintenance and repairs including:
Patching drywall
Painting
Caulking
General plumbing issues
Other common household repairs
Shoveling snow (when necessary)
Basic landscaping
Inspecting, assessing and addressing tenant maintenance requests
Posting notices to properties
Working with office and other maintenance staff on larger maintenance projects
In office tenant and owner communication
Work on small to medium renovation projects for our clients (mainly inside winter work)
