HVAC Install Technician

Pay: $50 Per Hour
Location: Toronto and surrounding areas

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable Lead HVAC Install Technicians to join our growing operations teams.

As a Lead Install Technician, you will lead the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, tankless units, and heat pumps.

Key Responsibilities
Lead / Assist in installing a variety of HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, AC units, tankless water heaters, and heat pumps.
Follow installation standards and company procedures to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Load, transport, and stage equipment and materials.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate records of work performed using mobile or written forms.
Follow all company safety policies, regulations, and training.




Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications
G2 Gas Technician License
3+ years of experience in Residential HVAC
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to work in a physically demanding workplace (lifting, climbing ladders, confined spaces).
Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) certification is an asset.
