Responsibilities

Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance options, emphasizing perks and value
Prepare detailed work orders for technicians, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs and customer preferences
Manage cash handling transactions accurately, including payments and invoices




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
Maintain organized records of all service activities, customer interactions, and sales

Skills
Proven dealership experience or familiarity with automotive sales processes
Mechanical knowledge of vehicles, including common repairs and maintenance procedures
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency
Experience with automotive repair processes and understanding of dealership operations
Cash handling experience ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
