Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Baker for employment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, has a passion for baking,can bake pastries, decorate and bake cakes.and can work in a fast-paced bakery setting.
Responsibilities
Prepare and baking a range of breads and pastries, including loaves, buns, croissants, muffins, and other baked goods
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
Handles dough preparation, shaping, proofing, and baking processes
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Handle with inventory, ingredient preparation, and restocking supplies
Qualifications:
Previous baking experience is an asset
Solid attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
