Full time Exterior Painter – Thomas Painting (Cowichan Valley)

Thomas Painting is hiring motivated full-time painters to join our exterior residential painting crews in the Cowichan Valley. We are looking for hardworking, reliable team members who are comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and in a fast-paced environment. No previous painting experience is required — full training is provided.

This position is ideal for students or young adults looking to build skills, work with a strong team, and earn competitive pay over the painting season.

Responsibilities
Prepare exterior surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, priming, and caulking
Paint residential homes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Load, unload, and organize painting equipment and materials
Follow safety procedures while working on ladders and around job sites
Maintain clean and skilled job sites
Communicate respectfully with homeowners and crew members




Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Requirements
Reliable vehicle or transportation
Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift and carry painting equipment
Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Availability Monday–Friday
