Job Summary
We are seeking a energetic Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding and purchasing products, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the shop.
Responsibilities
Greeting guests, assisting with purchases, answering questions, and resolving complaints in a courteous and professional manner
Processing sales transactions (cash and credit), scheduling tee times, and handling reservations using computer systems.
Transparent and effective verbal communication with guests, coworkers, and supervisors; answering phone calls professionally
Stocking and presenting golf equipment and apparel, managing inventory, and product knowledge.
Preparing, cleaning, and moving golf carts, ensuring cart availability
Managing transactions, making change, and reconciling sales.
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the shop, managing traffic flow, and prioritizing tasks during busy periods.




Familiarity with golf course operations, rules, equipment, and tournament setup.
Ability to lift and move equipment, stand for long periods, and stay active throughout a shift.
Experience
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Proficiency in cashiering procedures
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
