We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, and preventive care with precision and compassion
Utilize dental software Tracker to manage patient records efficiently and accurately
Diagnose dental conditions using medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and team members
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and preferences
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants,



and office staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term oral health
Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements

Skills
Licensed to practice dentistry in Ontario
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry for accurate diagnosis and communication
Hands-on experience in a busy dental office environment demonstrating excellent organizational skills
Skilled in using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for designing restorations or orthodontic appliances
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cooperative team
Commitment to patient-centered care
