Reporting to the VP, this role shapes provincial compensation strategies, policy development, and service delivery for health-sector employers. You will direct governance, ensure alignment with legislation, and engage with member organizations, unions, and government. A CCP/CPHR or equivalent level of expertise is preferred, with 10–15 years of senior leadership experience.
