Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
Support the team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple orders
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in fast-paced kitchens
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of serving procedures is a plus but not required
